$35 - Must be paid with a separate check on March 29th. Check
should be made payable to Mill Creek Community School. |

Registration Payment Options |
|
|
- Online: Credit Cards will be accepted
on-line -
www.millcreekaa.net By registering online
and using your credit/debit card, you will be able
to pay for your registration and uniform costs.
This will be the ONLY opportunity to use your
credit/debit card to pay for uniforms. Camp
fee paid Separate!!!
- In Person: You will register online and
have the opportunity to pay with credit/debit cards
or cash/checks.

Amount To Pay |

- Pay the entire amount on March 29th - either
online or in person, with the exception of Camp Fee
which must be paid separate.
- Pay installments - ***pay Registration fee
($150) and pay half of total uniform cost (approx.
$117), camp fee, and fundraiser on March 29th.
***Camp fee ($35) must be paid with a separate check
made to Mill Creek Community School

***Pay remainder of uniform cost by May 1st |
|
***Pay Spirit Fee ($100) by June 1st |
