Our program is run 100% on VOLUNTEERS and we are always looking for willing community members to help coach.

Calling all Goalies!

Lacrosse Goalie is the most important and last line of defense between the opposing offense and the goal.  Mill Creek Lacrosse is committed to training and growing our young goalies for high school and beyond. Mill Creek is dedicated to supporting the best goalies in the region. If your player signs up and plays all of the Spring 25' season at goalie, Mill Creek Lacrosse will refund 100% of the Registration fee at the end of the season. This will be limited to 1 goalie per team.

WALL BALL

Join your fellow teammates and others from Mill Creek Lacrosse in sharpening your skills by hitting the wall at Duncan Creek Park.

Players should start by throwing and catching just with their strong hand to see how many consecutive reps they can get without dropping the ball. Then, players should repeat the same process with the opposite hand. After that, players should try mixing it up by completing crossbody reps. In a crossbody rep, players throw with their right hand and catch with their left hand and then throw with their left hand and catch with their right hand so the ball moves across their body. For authenticity, players should wear helmets/goggles and gloves while playing wall ball.
