MC Lacrosse will strive to develop the lacrosse skills of our youth and teach them the spirit of teamwork and good sportsmanship. We will encourage healthy competition by providing a fun, safe, learning-oriented environment.
MC Lacrosse is the lacrosse organization of Mill Creek Athletic Association (MCAA) and will be governed by the MCAA By-laws. These operational guidelines are intended to provide direction for the lacrosse organization. Should there be any discrepancies between the by-laws of MCAA and the operational guidelines of Mill Creek Lacrosse, the by-laws of MCAA shall prevail.
Mill Creek Lacrosse will offer multiple divisions each Spring, indicated by grade level, as set forth by the respective governing lacrosse league.

Practice Schedule
Important Spring 24' Dates:
All players are required to have a sports-physical that is active through the last game approximately May 15, 2024. Physicals are valid for one-year.
All players EXCEPT middle school girls should use the Mill Creek Sports-Physical form that can be found on the Document page above.
Middle School Girls ONLY are playing in the GLL and should use the GLL form in the Documents Page
The "DOCUMENT" Page is a Tab at the top of the page right next to this "Lacrosse" tab, OR Link to "DOCUMENTS" page https://www.millcreekaa.net/page/show/3690737-lacrosse-documents
Calling all current and future Lacrosse Goalies:
Lacrosse Goalie is the most important and last line of defense between the opposing offense and the goal. Mill Creek Lacrosse is committed to training and growing our young goalies for high school and beyond. Mill Creek is dedicated to supporting the best goalies in the region. If your player signs up and plays all of the Spring 24' season at goalie, Mill Creek Lacrosse will refund 50% of the Registration fee at the end of the season in May 2024. This will be limited to 1 goalie per team. The team coach will determine the starting goalie.
Join your fellow teammates and others from Mill Creek Lacrosse in sharpening your skills for fall ball by Hitting THE WALL at Duncan Creek Park
Players should start by throwing and catching just with their strong hand to see how many consecutive reps they can get without dropping the ball. Then, players should repeat the same process with the opposite hand. After that, players should try mixing it up by completing crossbody reps. In a crossbody rep, players throw with their right hand and catch with their left hand and then throw with their left hand and catch with their right hand so the ball moves across their body. For authenticity, players should wear helmets/goggles and gloves while playing wall ball.
While we encourage players to utilize the new Mill Creek Lacrosse wall at Duncan Creek Park, we also realize that many players have access to additional places where they can play wall ball.
